In the early 90’s, Jesús Lorenzo, a descendant of the first Galician canners, and his wife and excellent cook Mª Antonia Paz took the first step on the road to creating an exclusive brand of canned products of the highest quality in which the origin of the raw material and the production process were taken care of down to the last detail.
