In the early 1990s, Jesús Lorenzo, a descendant of the first Galician canners, and his wife and excellent cook, Mª Antonia Paz, took the first step on the exciting path of creating an exclusive brand of the highest quality canned food, where the origin of the raw material and all aspects of the production process would be taken care of in detail, as in the old days.
